The ART HOUSE PROJECT is a non-profit art association that has been enriching the local art and cultural scene in Eisenstadt with great passion since 2013. Our vision: breaking down barriers, sparking curiosity for art, and connecting creative people – regardless of their background, education, or recognition.
We create free spaces for artistic work, exchange, and collective creation. Whether it’s exhibitions, workshops, or our growing annual art fair TRANSFORM ARTE – our focus is on the idea that art should be accessible to everyone.
In the coming years, we aim to grow: more active artists, more committed supporting members, and more creative momentum for the Burgenland region. With a strong program, new partnerships, and a clear strategy, we’re becoming a vibrant platform for contemporary art and cultural participation.

Be part of a movement that rethinks art – open, bold, together.
First, it lays on sustainable development in the arts and creative economy branche through collaborations between locally based artists and small enterprises and international working artists, participants and partners of the creative sector.
The second emphasis is to make art accessible as a living form of expression, as a medium of communication and transformation through exhibitions, events, projects and workshops.
The third focus lays on the agiltiy of ART HOUSE PROJECT as a meta-organisation which manages itself based on its community, through proposing necessary tools and spaces for participants by participants. In this way it forms a trading centre for possibilities and visions, and a testing ground for self-professionalisation.
